Community Fit brings people together to achieve meaningful fitness results, regardless of experience level. Through accessible, movement-focused workouts, every member is empowered to build strength, improve conditioning, and grow in confidence. These classes foster teamwork and connection, making them ideal for families and individuals seeking support in their wellness journey. With adaptable programming, attentive coaches, and a welcoming environment, Community Fit is designed to help you succeed.
In our weekly Community Fit classes, members are encouraged to bring friends and family to join in on this inclusive two path workout session. Athletes can choose to follow our outlined Strength program- focusing on compound lifts and accessory movements that help build the foundational strength required for continued growth on their fitness journey. On the main floor we will have our Conditioning program- athletes who partake in this track will find themselves engaged in a longer cardio focused workout, structured to build endurance and engine capacity. Prioritizing constant and steady effort, this path is often team or partner based and body weight only movements. Participants can choose to follow one path, or stay for both sessions across the two classes.
